About

Russell Buchanan is a leading roboticist whose research focuses on autonomous navigation and state estimation for legged robots in extreme, confined, and perceptually-degraded environments. As a key member of Team CERBERUS, he contributed to winning the DARPA Subterranean Challenge, a milestone achievement in multi-robot exploration of underground tunnels and urban settings.
