About

Luis Yoichi Morales is a robotics researcher whose work spans autonomous navigation, mobile robot localization, infrastructure inspection, and human-robot interaction. He is perhaps best known for developing OpenPlanner, an open-source integrated planning framework for autonomous robot navigation in highly dynamic environments, which has garnered over 80 citations and become a valuable resource for the robotics community.
