Abstract
Magnetic Miniature Actuators Magnetic miniature robots have great potential to transform robotics, materials science and biomedicine. In article number 2100259, Zhan Lum and co-workers present a magnetic miniature robot that has seven modes of soft-bodied locomotion with six-degrees-of-freedom. To exhibit its unprecedented dexterity, this untethered robot is commanded to negotiate across obstacles, which are impassable by existing small-scale devices.
