About
Thamrin Thamrin is a robotics researcher whose work centers on humanoid locomotion, cultural robotics, and autonomous object detection. His most notable contribution is the design of a humanoid robot capable of performing the traditional Gending Sriwijaya dance, using an EasyVR3 speech recognition module to synchronize movement with music—a pioneering effort in the Kontes Robot Seni Tari Indonesia (Indonesian Dance Robot Contest).
