Lilia Moshkina is a pioneering researcher in affective robotics and human-robot interaction (HRI), whose work has fundamentally shaped how we understand emotional expression and social behavior in robotic systems. She is best known for developing the TAME framework — a comprehensive model for Time-Varying Affective responses in humanoid robots — which she introduced as early as 2004 and refined through multiple influential publications, collectively accumulating over 100 citations.
