About
Ahad Behboodi is a pioneering researcher at the intersection of soft robotics, rehabilitation engineering, and human-robot interaction. His work focuses on developing next-generation assistive technologies powered by dielectric elastomer actuators (DEAs)—soft, muscle-like artificial muscles that promise safer, more compliant human-robot collaboration.
