摘要
Remote controlled mobile robot based on wireless transmission is a construction machinery operated by operator via wireless network where persons cannot approach or it's harmful for people's health. The work scope of the robots can be greatly amplified by using the wireless network for data transformation. Research on how to realize the real-time, stable and accurate remote control system is an important factor of improving the efficiency of the robot work, and it also has important practical significance. The design of the remote-controlled spot manipulator system has three parts including control center, mobile robot and display terminal. Using the hardware and the software, the robot can follow the action of the servo console in real-time. Finally, we verify the functions of the designed remote controlled spot manipulator by tests. The test results show that the designed system can return live video, and control the movement of the robot precisely.
