摘要

Most individuals with severe handicaps rely on remedial helper. They are uncomfortable with using HCI or HRI to control helpful robot which can substitute remedial helpers. Although disabled people have difficulty in moving their body freely, the brain electroencephalography(EEG) signals, can be expressed as freely as they want. Recently, EEG signal measuring equipments, which are now easy to use and wear, are available in low price. EMOTIV Epoc Neuro Headset is one of these devices. In this paper, we suggest interface using EMOTIV Epoc Neuro Headset. Individuals with severe disability are able to control robot by movement of neck, and blinking eye, which well measures EEG signals in the prefrontal lobe. Expressivity of disabled people will be improved through BCI. Furthermore, patients with similar diseases will benefit from the new interface as well.
