About
Ichiro Nakatani is a pioneering researcher in space robotics and planetary exploration systems, whose work has substantially shaped how scientists and engineers approach the challenges of autonomous operation in extraterrestrial environments. His research spans micro-rover design, space manipulator control, and novel subsurface exploration mechanisms — areas where he has made lasting contributions to both theory and hardware development.
