Hyunwoo Baek is a rising leader in the field of surgical robotics, with a focused expertise in developing advanced robotic systems for minimally invasive neurosurgery and endoscopy. His most impactful work centers on the design of high-precision, MRI-compatible robots for delicate procedures, most notably a stiffness-adjustable 6-DOF robotic system for pituitary tumor resection.
