摘要

TeamStorms is a team-centered, problem-solving based approach to instruction, stressing active participation on the part of students in a constructivist learning environment. Not all students readily think in the abstract; however, this is not to say that they cannot. TeamStorms, combined with the LEGO/sup (R)/ Mindstorms/sup TM/ Robotics Invention System/sup TM/, attempts to provide a learning environment where the abstract world of computer science can be made real and concrete to students, teaching them knowledge and process skills that are foundational to the discipline.
