Kilwon Cho is a pioneering figure in the development of next-generation electronic skin (E-skin) and soft bio-inspired sensors, with his work driving critical advances in sustainable electronics, human–robot interaction, and wearable health monitoring. His research centers on creating mechanically robust, highly sensitive, and multifunctional tactile sensors that mimic and surpass human sensory capabilities.
