About

Jian-Kang Zhu is a pioneering plant biologist whose research has fundamentally reshaped our understanding of how plants respond to environmental stress. His key contributions lie in elucidating the molecular mechanisms of abiotic stress tolerance, particularly salt and drought resistance, and in advancing genome editing technologies for crop improvement.
