About
Hengyu Guo is a leading researcher in the fields of triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs), self-powered sensors, and human-machine interfacing. His work has fundamentally advanced the development of flexible, stretchable, and highly sensitive electronic systems that harvest energy from human motion and the environment. Guo’s most notable contribution is the design of a self-powered triboelectric auditory sensor (TAS) for social robotics and hearing aids, which has garnered over 776 citations and is recognized as a breakthrough in electronic auditory systems.
