About

Oscar Alegria is a pioneering volcanologist and unmanned aerial systems (UAS) specialist whose research bridges volcanology, atmospheric science, and robotics. His primary contributions center on the in situ observation and sampling of volcanic emissions using custom-designed unmanned aircraft, a field where he has been a trailblazer.
