Abstract
In the past two decades, the transformation from the Internet, mobile computing to cloud computing, big data, Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence has been called the digital transformation by the fourth industrial revolution. The enterprise forms its core competitiveness by building business processes with specific business logic that can efficiently support specified business objectives. present, the existing business process management system on the market replaces manual desktop operations through the way of system development and connects different systems to the business workflow to achieve the effect of improving the efficiency of interaction. However, on the specific services and demands, Enterprises spend a lot of time and resources to achieve, which will mean that enterprises need to transform their business, expect a large amount of IT investment, and long-term system construction, development, and testing. To solve the above shortcomings, in recent years, a new solution has been put forward internationally, "Robotic Process Automation (RPA)". RPA adopts human-computer interaction layer automation technology without affecting the existing IT structure of enterprises or organizations. In the case of the rule, the rule-based, non-subjective process processing tasks are completed in a manner that simulates human-machine interaction behavior.
