Overview
The AFD92 is PushCorp's largest passive compliance end effector, applying up to 215 lbf in any orientation. It relies on an external air pressure regulator to set force, requiring pressure adjustment when orientation changes. Ideal for robotic material removal on flat/prismatic parts. Available in vertical, horizontal, and table top configurations. Pairs with servo spindles, belt sanders, and weld shavers for grinding, sanding, polishing, deburring, belt sanding, weld shaving, and drilling.
