摘要

As intelligent equipment, the live working anti-vibration hammer robot needs to consider the impact of the strong electric field of the transmission line and the potential transfer arc on the robot in the process of entering equipotential. In order to grasp the distribution characteristics of the electric field and the potential transfer arc during the on-line process of the anti-vibration hammer robot, in this paper, ANSYS and EMTP are used to model the 110kV typical tower structure and the live working anti-vibration hammer robot. According to the calculation, when the robot is within 0.1m of the wire, the surface electric field increases significantly, and the maximum surface field strength reaches 26.41kV/cm; the potential transfer arc current of the robot on 110kV line is 37.9A, and the pulse energy is 47.6mJ.
