摘要

An environment for programming robot manipulations using graphical symbols (RoboGlyph) is presented. Programs are assembled by dragging a sequence of symbols representing robot positions and motions onto a storyboard that stores the sequence of motions needed to perform a task. The RoboGlyph system is being used to program a service robot for severely disabled (high-level quadriplegic) users. It is expected that it will significantly ease the task of creating, maintaining and documenting programs for the robot.< <ETX xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">></ETX>
