本文提出了一种定量高速公路就绪度指数（HRI），通过专家调查将静态运行设计域（ODD）基础设施条件映射为可测量属性并加权，以评估不同SAE自动化等级的公路就绪度。实际走廊案例展示了HRI分数的计算与解读，并说明了如何将这些指标集成到标准化C-ITS消息中，为联网车辆提供分段自动化指导。
