About

Seong Ho Kong is a pioneer in micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS), with a particular focus on developing novel microactuators for fluidic environments. His most notable contribution is the invention of the “micro-Ro-boat,” a MEMS-based microactuator that floats on water and is propelled by steam.
