Salvador Cuevas is a leading astronomical instrumentation specialist whose work centers on designing and building robotic telescopes and imagers for time-domain astrophysics. His primary research focus is the development of wide-field, high-resolution optical and near-infrared instruments to study transient phenomena, particularly gamma-ray bursts (GRBs) and their optical counterparts.
