Jan-Erik Damber is a leading urological surgeon and researcher whose work has fundamentally shaped the modern surgical management of prostate cancer. His primary research focus is on comparing the long-term functional and oncological outcomes of robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy (RALP) versus the traditional open retropubic radical prostatectomy (RRP).
