Применение роботов SCARA в промышленности

Abstract

За последнее десятилетие значительно вырос спрос на роботы SCARA. В области робототехники они считаются доступнее других роботов и являются одним из самых популярных методов автоматизированной сборки. В данной статье проведен анализ рынка роботов SCARA, рассчитаны такие показатели как: структура мировой рыночной стоимости этих роботов по грузоподъемности, структура парка роботов по отраслям промышленности и по типу выполняемой операции в 2021 г., средняя цена продажи роботов в 2020-2021 гг. Over the past decade, the demand for SCARA robots has grown significantly. In the field of robotics, they are considered more affordable than other robots and are one of the most popular automated assembly methods. This article analyzes the SCARA robots’ market, calculates such indicators as: the structure of the global market value of these robots by payload, the structure of robot operational stock by industry and by type of operation performed in 2021, the average selling price of robots in 2020-2021. Examples of the implementation of SCARA robots in various industries are given.
