Abstract

Multipurpose Robot In article number 2400021, Shintaro Inoue and co-workers present CubiX, a wire-driven robot that overcomes physical limitations by connecting to its environment via wires attached by drones. By driving itself using wires, CubiX can move freely and expand its capabilities through integration with tools or other robots. The study shows how CubiX can perform various tasks by utilizing its environment for enhanced functionality.
