Abstract
Multi-robot coordinated motion is more difficult to control. The paper presents a workstation coordinated and operated by 8 ABB robots. We also provide method of simulating the connecting process between the small spindle and the bearing seat model, and carry out the stimulation operation experiment. My study shows that insufficient working range of robot, improper updating of basic coordinating system and confusion of axis motion range are the most impactful forms of error. My analysis also reveals that many different kinds of improvement are necessary to achieve large gains, making more detailed analysis essential for the progress of recognition research.
