Overview

The ACTILINK-S is an integrated servo motor from Synapticon, combining a SOMANET Integro servo drive, 18-bit multiturn absolute encoder, and safety functions in a compact housing starting at 60×60×104 mm. It features Single Cable Technology for DC power, fieldbus, and STO via one connector. Supports EtherCAT, PROFINET (IRT), and EtherNet/IP. Continuous power 200 W to 1000 W, peak torque up to 13 Nm. Patented thermal design enables up to 5x higher power density. Motion control at robotics level with auto-tuning and cogging compensation. Available with or without brake.
