Overview

The ME800 series high voltage inverter is designed and manufactured by Shanghai Singlina Xinshida Motor Co., Ltd. It integrates power electronics and vector control technology. It suppresses input harmonic current via a phase-shifting rectifier transformer and achieves voltage superposition through cascaded H-bridge power units. It provides high-voltage sine wave output to directly drive high-voltage motors without filters, meeting IEC 519-1992 and GB/T 12668.4-2006 harmonic standards.

Key features

  • Flexible terminal expansion without PLC
  • Vector control with encoder feedback
  • High-quality motor drive with sinusoidal current output
  • Low harmonic content (<5%) without output filter
  • Speed tracking for direct start on running motor
  • Mechanical unit bypass (max 2 per phase) for continuous operation
  • Undisturbed switching between inverter and mains power
  • Curve display on touchscreen (current, speed, power)
  • Bus voltage self-balancing reduces deceleration time to ~66%
  • Power-off hold for 2 seconds with auto-recovery
