Overview

The ADT-8909 series is a high-performance multi-axis motion control card based on PCI bus, supporting 4/6/8/12 axes with a standard instruction cycle of 125 μs (minimum 62.5 μs). It offers 5 Mpps pulse output, 8 Mpps reception, and 33.3M PCI communication. Features include hardware-level interpolation, high-speed IO, PSO, NURBS, and RTCP. Suitable for engraving, cutting, milling, dispensing, and laser cutting applications. Supports Windows XP to 11 and multiple programming languages.

Key features

  • Supports 4/6/8/12-axis pulse control with 125 μs instruction cycle (62.5 μs minimum)
  • 5 Mpps maximum pulse output frequency, 8 Mpps reception frequency
  • 33.3M high-speed PCI bus, expandable up to 10 cards per PC
  • Hardware-level interpolation: point-to-point, linear, circular, spatial, NURBS, RTCP
  • Continuous interpolation capacity of 10,000 segments, 1,000 IO event segment buffer
  • High-speed IO for latch, fly capture, and PSO (Position Synchronized Output)
  • Asymmetric acceleration/deceleration for smooth, quiet operation
  • Adaptive speed model ensures high speed under high precision
  • FPGA + dual DSP multi-embedded system for real-time processing
  • Supports Windows XP/7/8/10/11 (32/64-bit) and C/C++/C#/VB/.NET/Delphi/Labview/Python
