Overview

The ME800 MV Industrial Drive from STEP is a high-voltage source type drive integrating power electronic and vector control technology. It offers power ranges from 250kW to 12500kW across voltage levels of 3kV to 11kV. Features include multi-level PWM control, low harmonic distortion (THD <5%), and support for asynchronous and synchronous motors. It has a touchscreen interface, IP30 protection, and forced air cooling. Applications span power, steel, chemical, cement, rubber, sugar, and other industries.
