Overview
The Z-810 robotic platform is a state-of-the-art solution for automated aseptic handling and fill-finish of Ready-To-Use (RTU) syringes, cartridges, and vials. It offers up to 160 units/min output, small footprint, in-process control, and all common filling technologies. Designed for minimal product loss, it includes gassing and vacuum filling/stoppering, various automation levels, and is suitable for isolators, open and closed RABS. The modular platform allows future upgrades to different nested container types.
