The FS 960 is a high-performance capsule filling machine from Rychiger. It achieves 65 cycles per minute, producing up to 1,560 capsules per minute across 12 lanes. Designed for zero-stop production, it features continuous capsule and foil feed, minimum operator intervention, and advanced Total Productive Maintenance. It handles plastic, aluminum, and paper capsules for Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, K-Cup, and compatibles. The machine is upgradeable with extra stations and integrated secondary packaging. It includes 100% quality inspection and integrated Delta robots.
