Overview
The FS 200 is a compact cleanroom machine for forming, assembling, filling, and sealing aluminum blisters for IVD, POC, or gel cards. It features an 8-station rotary indexing table, output up to 240 units/min, and a footprint of just over 2 m². The drive compartment is separate from the processing area for cleanliness. Optional laminar flow ensures particle-free air. It supports quick retooling via a smart trolley and can be extended or linked with a second FS 200.
