Overview
The RD 06 is a compact tabletop machine for punching and sealing processes, designed for clean room operation (ISO class 7 and 8). It uses one stroke technology to seal and punch in a single cycle, with semi-automated operation via a touch panel HMI. Optional modules include foil handling and liquid filling. It is ideal for feasibility studies, small-series production, and format parts testing. The machine is servo driven, with a sealing force range of 500–6000 N and sealing temperature range of 50–350°C. It can be leased for small sample runs.
