摘要
This study explores the interplay between Artificial Intelligence (AI), robots, and human psychology in the restaurant industry. It investigates how these factors influence job stress and job satisfaction among restaurant employees. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 210 employees in DKI Jakarta. The study found that the perceived usefulness and ease of use of AI and robots positively impact employee attitudes toward these technologies. However, contrary to the initial hypothesis, a positive attitude towards technology was not directly linked to increased job stress. These findings suggest that prioritizing the perceived usefulness and ease of use of AI and robots during integration can lead to positive employee attitudes and potentially reduce stress. The study highlights the importance of addressing potential stressors, ensuring user-friendly integration, and considering ethical implications for successful AI and robot integration in the restaurant industry.
