摘要

Robotics are used daily in several tasks previously performed by humans. The evolution of the mechatronic sciences guides the industrial process to be progressively automated. Countries that lack technological development, such as Honduras, tend to linger in these areas. The objective of this paper is to develop a teleoperated robot that can be used in logistic applications. It also seeks to demonstrate that there is always an option to create solutions instead of buying imported technology at an excessive price. For this robot’s construction, possible deformation and energy consumption were considered the structure’s mass. A quantitative approach with an experimental design that is then analyzed with a “V” model was held. As a result, it was established that this type of robot could be built on a budget of 1,551.00. dollars The appropriate choice of structural materials will allow a minimum deformation with a final mass of 26.2 Kg. The teleoperation of the robot through Wi-Fi and a web server provides communication within an adjustable range, good response times, and control of an unlimited number of variables. In conclusion, industrial processes supported by robotics can achieve greater precision and profitability, being up to six times more efficient than humans.
