摘要

In this paper, we demonstrate the requirements for including workplaces, e. g., industry, hospitals, and construction sites. stress factors in Human-Robot Collaboration (HRC) investigations and present guidance for tailoring psychological tests. To accomplish this, we first examined the present research trend in the human-robot domain to identify sought-after and neglected themes in the existing studies. We attempted to highlight the limitations of current research and tried to find out the factors related to workplace stress factors, e. g., work environment, role conflict, and role ambiguity, which have been overlooked in human-robot studies. In our literature review, we have followed the PRISMA protocol. For the abstract screening procedure, 49,900 papers have been selected, from which we have considered 1,567 papers for full-text article review and finally selected 83 papers for qualitative synthesis and 70 papers for meta-analysis. Even though HRC is primarily designed with industrial automation in mind and workplace-related psychological factors play a vital role on humans as an environmental influence, this consideration is ignored in current research works. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first review study concerning this problem and gives guidelines for customized experiment design.
