摘要
The application of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in reproductive medicine and operative gynecology is opening new opportunities for personalized approaches to the diagnosis, treatment, and outcome prediction of reproductive system disorders. Within the framework of national strategies for maternal and child health, AI is regarded as a tool to improve the quality and accessibility of medical care and optimize healthcare resources. Key areas of development include automated data interpretation in reproductive medicine, prediction of assisted reproductive technology (ART) outcomes, intelligent embryo selection using time-lapse technologies, and algorithmic decision support in gynecologic oncology and surgery. A particularly promising direction is the advancement of robot-assisted surgery enhanced by AI, which enables greater precision and safety while maintaining minimally invasive techniques. AI technologies are also increasingly used in cancer screening and surveillance, medical image analysis, and the development of predictive models. Successful integration of AI into clinical practice requires ensuring algorithmic validity, transparency of decision-making processes, and readiness of the medical community to adopt AI-based systems. The comprehensive implementation of artificial intelligence in reproductive medicine represents a significant step toward improving demographic indicators and enhancing the quality of specialized medical care.
