Thomas Reinhardt’s research lies at the intersection of environmental philosophy, posthumanism, and science and technology studies, where he explores how nonhuman entities and technological systems co-constitute our world. His most notable contribution is the development of a Relational Ontology of Multi-species Assemblages (ROMA), a framework that reimagines ecological and technological interactions as dynamic, co-evolving networks rather than static hierarchies.
