About
Nobuhide Tsuda is a pioneering figure in intelligent robotics, with foundational contributions to real-time operating systems for robot control. His key research areas include software architecture for autonomous robots, real-time operating systems (RTOS), and modular robot control systems. Tsuda’s most notable achievement is the design and implementation of the RCS (Robot Control System) operating system, a small-scale real-time OS that supports multiprocessing, inter-process message communication, and timer functions.
