Joseph H. Yacoub is a leading radiologist and researcher whose work centers on advancing prostate cancer diagnostics through cutting-edge imaging and biopsy techniques. His primary research areas include magnetic resonance (MR) imaging, transrectal ultrasonography (US)-guided biopsy, and the development of image-guided interventions for prostate cancer detection.
