About
Giorgio Calleris is a leading urologic surgeon and researcher whose work centers on advancing the surgical management of prostate cancer, with a particular focus on salvage radical prostatectomy for recurrent disease. His landmark multicenter study comparing open versus robotic salvage approaches (91 citations) demonstrated that robotic techniques significantly improve functional outcomes and reduce morbidity in this challenging patient population.
