Abstract

With the rapid development of modern cities, more and more building residents choose glass walls as home decorations in pursuit of a bright and comfortable environment. This will lead to the emergence of the cleaning of glass exterior walls industry, where cleaning is mainly done manually, but the cleaning environment is cold in winter and hot in summer, and high-altitude operations are extremely dangerous. Design a simple and efficient wall cleaning robot based on this background. The robot designed in this article is mainly composed of a mobile end and a fixed end. It designs mobile cleaning methods and cleaning systems, and models and analyzes the mobile end framework. Design the fixed end spindle, wire wheel, and transmission method, and model and analyze the overall frame structure. Finally, SolidWorks software was used to model the robot to verify the feasibility and rationality of its structure.
