Abstract
This article presents a survey on the existing research on multifingered robot h ands coordination and autonomous grasp. Three main topics are presented in this article. The first is an introduction of the subject of multifingered robot hand s. The second concentrates on force distribution algorithms for coordination con trol. The third discuss the methods in realization of antonomous grasp and put f orward future notions about it.
