Analysis and Design of Robot Virtual Assembly Simulation System

Abstract

This paper presents a kind of simulation system of robot virtual assembly, which vividly reveals the layout of assembly system and the assembling process in the design stage. The implementation strategy of virtual assembly simulation as well as visualization is also developed. The development of this system can help shorten the design cycle, improve design quality and reduce the assembly cost.
