Abstract

This paper presents a study on the development and evaluation of an avatar robot system, with a focus on the operator's visual system. The goal of the system is to provide an intuitive and immersive experience for operators through the use of virtual reality (VR) technology. Hardware and software system setup is introduced and designing an intuitive user interface is discussed. The hardware system setup includes the VR equipment, and the software system setup provides an overview of the control methods and information delivery methods. The design of the user interface was executed with a focus on the end-users and the effectiveness of the system was measured through user experience evaluations to assess the impact on operator performance and satisfaction. The results of this study contribute to the field of Avatar robot system by providing insight into the use of VR technology for intuitive and immersive operator experience.
