Abstract
In order to meet the increasing demand of monitoring system in spraying production process, this paper presents a real-time dynamic monitoring system for a multi-robot cooperative spraying system. Firstly, the requirements framework, architecture and operation mode of the monitoring system are established; secondly, the visual monitoring interface of the spraying production line based on Labview is developed; thirdly, the communication technology between PLC and Labview based on NI OPC is studied and real-time monitoring of multi-robot operation status is realized. Finally, the robot kinematics and real-time monitoring data are combined to realize the dynamic visual monitoring of the robot spraying trajectory.
