Abstract
Our research mission is an implementation of mobile robot based disaster information collection system in a preparatory step for rescue activity. In our mission we assume that there is a damaged building or an underground space with some doors and stairs in disaster or terrorism stricken area as a target space. In this paper we discussed demands and technology on GIS as a base system for our proposal.
