Abstract
In this paper we present an innovative Bulgarian robotic device OMNIBOT for enabling people with motor disabilities to move in stand-up position. First, we present the challenges and the state of art in the domain focusing on the competitive device TEK RMD (Matia Robotics). Then we present OMNIBOT with its technical characteristics and advantages. In the last part, we present the business plan of the product and we estimate the social and economic consequences of the potential mass production of this innovation.
