Research on Application of Intelligent Operation and Maintenance in Conventional Substations

Abstract

This paper studies the application of intelligent technology such as patrol robot, manipulating robot, artificial intelligence(AI), augmented reality (AR), on-line monitoring in conventional substations. By deeply analyzing from the three main business levels of patrol, operation and safety, from the technical levels of accurate modeling, operation management platform and ubiquitous electric power internet of things(UPIoT), it sums up intelligent operation and maintenance can make situation visibility, risk penetration, one-key operation and integrated command. This article presents thoughts and experiences of intelligent operation and maintenance. The application results prove the effectiveness of these experiences.
